Unlike traditional trainers, I prioritize long-term well-being in my fitness training, focusing on spine health, mobility, and pain relief alongside strength and performance. With expertise in ELDOA,SOMATraining, NASM, and corrective exercise, I help clients move, feel, and perform better for life. My holistic, evidence-based approach empowers people to regain strength, confidence, and control over their health.

My mission is to give back to my community through health and wellness. I’m deeply passionate about helping people take back control of their lives—whether that means getting out of pain, building strength, or improving overall vitality.

As a Certified ELDOA Trainer, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and certification from SomaTraining with advanced training in Segmental Strengthening, Myofascial Stretching, Orthopedic Strapping, and Circulatory/Respiratory Techniques, MyoFascial Stretching, I take a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional fitness methods.

By integrating ELDOA and SomaTraining principles into every session, I help clients restore posture, optimize movement, and achieve long-term, pain-free performance..
