ELDOA (Étirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Ostéo-Articulaire) is a precise system of postural exercises that create space in specific spinal and joint segments.
It improves posture, restores mobility, reduces pain, and enhances overall performance by improving the health of fascia and joint structures.

Certifications actions the SomaTraining Program by Dr. Guy Voyer, DO — a comprehensive system integrating movement, therapy, and performance.
