What is ELDOA?
ELDOA (Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretching) is a series of specialized postural exercises designed to create space in the joints, especially the spine. It improves posture, reduces pain, decompresses joints, and optimizes the function of the nervous and fascial systems.

Who is ELDOA for?
ELDOA is for everyone—athletes, desk workers, those dealing with chronic pain, or anyone seeking better posture and spinal health. It's especially powerful for people with disc issues, nerve compression, or mobility limitations.

How is ELDOA different from yoga or stretching?
Unlike traditional stretching or yoga, ELDOA targets very specific joints and segments of the spine with precision. It’s active, intense, and based on detailed anatomical positioning—not passive relaxation.

Do I need to be in shape before starting weight training?
Absolutely not. Every program at BaysFitness is customized for your current fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, we meet you where you're at.

Can weight training help with fat loss?
Yes—weight training is one of the most effective ways to burn fat while preserving or building lean muscle, which raises your metabolism and improves long-term body composition.

How often should I train to see results?
Most clients see great progress training 3–4 times per week, depending on goals and recovery. Programs are built to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

Diet & Nutrition

Do you provide meal plans?
I provide personalized nutrition guidance tailored to your goals. While we don’t prescribe strict meal plans, we give you the structure, education, and accountability needed to build sustainable eating habits.

What kind of diet do you recommend for fat loss or muscle gain?
There’s no one-size-fits-all. We focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods, balancing protein, carbs, and healthy fats based on your goals, training, and body type. Guiding you in building a plan that works with your lifestyle.

Is calorie counting necessary?
Not always. For many, building awareness of portion sizes and food quality is enough. For others, tracking macros or calories may help accelerate progress—we’ll find the right approach for you.

Supplements

Should I be taking supplements?
Supplements can help fill gaps, support recovery, and improve performance—but they’re not magic. We focus on quality nutrition first, and then recommend key supplements (like protein, creatine, or omega-3s) as needed.

Are supplements required to see results?
No. Many clients make incredible progress with just proper training, nutrition, and recovery. Supplements are optional tools—not essentials..
